These terms govern use of the IDFlow website operated by Spiritbe Technology Ltd. They apply to the public website, waitlist and enquiry features—not to future artist uploads or label product access, which will require separate terms.
Website purpose
IDFlow is currently presented as an electronic music discovery product in development. Joining a waitlist expresses interest but does not guarantee access, timing, availability, features or a commercial relationship.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person or organization, or use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service.
Your submissions
You are responsible for information sent through website forms and must have the right to provide it. Website enquiry and waitlist forms are not intended for unreleased audio files, confidential deal terms or intellectual property submissions.
IDFlow materials
The IDFlow name, design, copy, graphics and website materials belong to Spiritbe Technology Ltd or its licensors. You may view the website for its intended purpose but may not reproduce or exploit those materials without permission.
