Privacy notice.
This notice explains how Spiritbe Technology Ltd ("IDFlow", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, handles information submitted through the IDFlow website and early-access forms. We act as a Data Controller for the information described in this notice, meaning we decide why and how it is processed. This notice sets out what we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
Information you provide
When you join a waitlist or send an enquiry, you may provide your name, artist or label name, email address, optional phone number, role, subject and message. Do not submit unreleased music, confidential deal information or sensitive personal information through these website forms.
For artist waitlist signups through a recognised referral link, we also record the referring partner’s name with your signup to attribute the referral and administer the partner arrangement. The referral feature does not share your contact details with that partner.
How information is used, and on what basis

Service providers, retention and international transfers
Hosting, security, communication and measurement providers may process limited information on IDFlow’s behalf. That currently includes Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (through Tag Manager) and the Meta Pixel for website analytics and campaign measurement.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on legally recognised safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an applicable adequacy arrangement, to keep your information protected.
We keep waitlist and enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage early access, normally no longer than four months after the IDFlow app launches. At the end of the retention period, we will delete, anonymise or put the personal data beyond use.
